Shipping & Returns
We make sure that all the purchases are delivered ton time.
It usually takes about 6-10 business days for standard shipping, when the logistics tracking number comes out.
Verification Processing Shipping Delivery
Normally takes 2 business days to process the order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.
Shipping

Returns
BAGZAK will gladly accept returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise with tags in the original packaging for a refund to the customer’s original method of payment.
All returns must be postmarked and mailed within thirty (30) days from date of purchase of the ordered merchandise.
To return or exchange an item, Please contact our customer support: contact@bagzak.com, we will gladly assist you.
Once we've received the item and checked that its in good condition, we'll issue the refund.
If you request a refund from BAGZAK, you will be refunded for the price of the purchased item and applicable tax, but not for the cost of shipping and/or insurance. Returns intended for a refund will be automatically processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise.
Changes to orders
It is very difficult for us to make changes to orders once they have processed. Please email contact@bagzak.com as soon as possible, and we will try and make any changes to the best of our abilities. If the order has already been shipped, then it is the responsibility of the customer to return their order and place a new one with the correct orders. BAGZAK is not responsible for any costs associated to changing orders including, but not limited to, shipping fees, duties, and etc.
It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that addresses are correctly labeled. BAGZAK is not responsible for incorrect addresses and a fee will be applied to packages that need to be re-shipped.
